Celebrity Gogglebox stars Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash had a discussion about their very own 'haunted house' on this week's programme. The couple were watching Spooked Scotland in the latest episode of the Channel 4 reality show.
In it, the hosts went to Stirling where they visited a spooky jail and heard about some rather unsavoury activities carried out by ghosts. It all seemed a long way from Stacey and Joe's light, bright Pickle Cottage.
The Tudor-style home is worth £1.2million and peppered with Stacey's own signature style all the way through. And it was while the occasional Loose Woman was sitting on the comfy sofa with her fiancé that he brought up his own feelings about their home.
"This corner here, Stace," Joe gestures. "It's a bit like a shadow goes past..."
"It doesn't," Stacey responds firmly. "I live here too, I'd notice shadows and children sitting in the corner, wouldn't I?"
Joe had a good explanation for why Stacey's missing out on the spooky experience, telling her: "You're not as sensitive to it as I am, I'm finely tuned to it." However Stacey remained unconvinced: "No, no, no, no," she said.
Stacey will be hoping that Pickle Cottage isn't haunted. The star lives there with Joe and her children Zachary, Leighton, Rex and Rose - we can't imagine the kids would like the spooky side of things.
