- Angela Hartnett's dog has now been found
Celebrity chef Angela Hartnett's pet dog is missing - as she made a desperate appeal to help find her. Michelin-starred chef Angela has made an appeal on social media after her dog Betty, a Jack Russell, vanished in east London near Spitalfields on September 10.
She said: "Betty has gone missing please contact me if anyone sees her in the E1 area thank you please retweet. "Betty went missing between the top of Commercial Street and maybe over Tower Bridge. Thank you all who have retweeted.

"Thank you, she could have made her way home to E1 near the Golden Heart Pub thank you all."
Angela, 54, shares Betty with fellow-chef husband Neil Borthwick.
The couple have been scouring the area for their beloved Betty, and left her favourite toys outside the home in the hope she makes her way back.
Fans on social media sent kind thoughts to the bereft dog-lovers and urged locals to keep their eyes peeled for the brown, black and white Jack Russell terrier.
Angela first rose to fame as a protégé of Gordon Ramsay, before going on to open several top-rated London restaurants including Murano Mayfair.
The chef also appeared on Hell’s Kitchen and was a judge on BBC Show Best Home Cook.
Anyone with information about Betty’s whereabouts is asked to contact 07309746345.
