Whether you know it as a normal day in March or as Mario Day (aka MAR10 Day), if you’re a fan of the Nintendo character you’re in for a treat. It’s a pseudo holiday to celebrate the iconic name who’s hitting the big screen in a few weeks and that means deals on all sorts of gear.
From a limited-edition Nintendo Switch bundle to savings on classic first-party games, there is likely a deal for you. Ahead we’re sharing our favorites across Mario video games and physical products.

Nintendo Switch Mario Choose One Bundle ($299.99 at Amazon)
While some folks love a Coin Box power up, I prefer an excellent deal power up. Lucky for me, and for you, Nintendo’s dropping that just for MAR10 day 2023. The Nintendo Switch Mario Choose One Bundle gets you a specially themed Switch console with Mario-red Joy-Cons and a game of your choosing for the price of a standard Nintendo Switch.
You get your pick of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, or Super Mario Odyssey. When purchased on its own those games each retail for around $59.99. That makes this bundle an excellent value and you also get some exclusive stickers themed to the upcoming “The Super Mario Bros.” film.
It’s available at Amazon for $299.99 and is eligible for fast, free Prime shipping. Act fast though, as there is no telling how long this will stay in stock.
Nintendo Switch OLED ($306.33, originally $349.99 at Amazon)
Alongside the Mario day standard Switch bundle, Amazon is offering a rare discount on the Nintendo Switch OLED. As the name suggests, this is the most modern Switch that features an immersive 7-inch OLED screen. This lets games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe--specifically the “Rainbow Road” course--pop with vibrant colors and also offer stark points of contrast.
Over the standard Switch, it’s a larger screen that really packs a punch with overall contrast and vibrancy. Additionally, the Switch OLED is a bit larger and packs in better speakers. Out of the box the Switch OLED comes with 64GB of internal storage, the dock features an ethernet port, and after a quick setup you’re ready to play.
This is a 12% discount off the $349.99 MSRP and it’s available on Amazon now for $306.33.
Save on Nintendo Switch Games
Alongside an epic deal on a Nintendo Switch plus a game, you can also save on countless titles that Mario is featured in. This is especially nice if you’ve already invested in a Nintendo Switch Lite, Switch, or Switch OLED console.

Lego Super Mario Sets Are Discounted
You might be thinking these are just Lego sets in which you build classic Super Mario moments, but you’d be incorrect. Lego did something very cool such as physical moments from the game that you can play with a special Mario figure made from Legos.
This version of Mario features a physical screen, along with eyes that move, and a scanner on the bottom which lets him select power up, defeat enemies, and collect coins as you move your way through the map.
It’s a very neat idea, and super fun to play in person. Best of all though, Lego is offering some rare discounts on the main sets and expansion packs for Mario Day 2023.

- Super Mario Adventures with Peach Starter Course ($44.85, originally $59.99 at Amazon)
