Denise Van Outen was a regular on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside long-term partner Eddie Boxshall until their split in January.
The 47-year-old announced the split from her seven year relationship with Eddie earlier this year. However reports stated that she had asked him to move out two months prior to the announcement.
At the time of the split, she took to Instagram, as she said: "Over the past couple of months, there has been much speculation regarding my relationship with Eddie. It saddens me to confirm that we are no longer a couple. I had to make the difficult decision not to continue in our relationship."

She added: "I will always treasure the good times we spent together, and the memories made. We ask that you please respect our privacy at this time, especially for our children."
Now, while appearing on ITV's Lorraine, Denise has admitted that the split came as a 'shock' to her. She also revealed that she “wasn’t in a great place” after it but is doing better now.
Scottish TV host Lorraine asked about Denise's new book A Bit Of Me. She said: "The book was delayed, as obviously things changed in your life, you split up, we’d seen the two of you on Gogglebox obviously, it’s sad, are you ok?”
Denise replied: “I’m alright, yeah. Do you know what, I’m feeling really good now, because I wasn’t in a great place, it was all a bit of a shock.
“But these things happen, I’m not the first person it’s happened to and I won’t be the last, sadly. It's life isn’t it, Lorraine? And you just have to get on with it.”
She also added that she had “no hard feelings” towards her ex-fiancée and was now firmly focused on “moving forward.”
The former Big Breakfast host said: "There’s no hard feelings on my side, it’s happened and you just have to accept it and I can’t change what’s happened, so I just have to accept what my future will be now and that’s just moving forward."
