A chilling mystery has unfolded in Barcelona as University of Alabama student Jimmy James Gracey vanished in the early hours of March 17. CCTV footage shows the 20-year-old leaving the popular Waterfront Chaco nightclub on Barceloneta Beach with a stranger. His family and Spanish authorities fear foul play as the student has not returned to the Airbnb he rented with friends.

Jimmy, a junior at the University of Alabama and a graduate of Saint-Ignatius College Prep, had travelled from Elmhurst, Illinois, for spring break with friends studying abroad. Teresa Gracey shared that he was last seen between 3:00am and 3:40am, dressed in a white T-shirt, dark trousers, and a gold chain with a rhinestone cross.
