Police are urgently seeking information that will help them locate a man last seen at a popular Loch Lomond hotel.
George Brown, also known as Douglas, has been missing since Friday, September 30 when he disappeared from the Cameron House Hotel on the banks of Scotland’s iconic loch.
Police have said that there is “growing concern” for the 66-year-old's welfare.
When last seen around 6pm last Friday, he was wearing a full kilt suit with a grey kilt jacket, grey kilt-style waistcoat, a kilt, long black socks and black shoes – as shown in the latest picture released by police of George on CCTV in the hours before his disappearance.
He is described as white, 6ft tall, medium build, with white receding hair and green eyes.
It is thought that George could be driving a silver Mercedes A-Class with the registration number SM10 UMA.
Police say it is possible George could have travelled to the Ayrshire or Dumbarton areas.
Sergeant Sharon Crawford said: “We are concerned for George as time goes on and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen him since 6pm on Friday to get in touch.”
Anyone who may have seen George or has any information on his whereabouts should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 2649 of Sunday, October 2, 2022.
