CCTV footage released after casino staff member attacked in Nottingham

Police have released a CCTV image after a casino employee was allegedly attacked by a gambler. Officers were called to Admiral Casino, in Clumber Street, Nottingham, after a member of staff was reportedly punched on December 9, 2022.

The worker had asked a customer to leave because he had been shaking a slot machine, according to Nottinghamshire Police. The victim suffered a fractured eye socket during the incident.

Police have now released an image of a man they want to trace and are calling on the public’s help to identify him. PC Matthew West, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was an appalling assault and we are doing everything we can to find the person responsible.
