CCTV appeal after serious assault in Leeds bar

A 31-year-old was left with a broken jaw after being punched in a Leeds bar this month.

On Sunday, May 7, the punter was in Stone Roses Bar, in Briggate, when he was seriously assaulted by a man. The victim was left in hospital and required surgery and wires fitted to his jaw.

Detectives from West Yorkshire Police (WYP) would like to speak to a man in connection with the incident. A CCTV image has been released and police are asking members of the public who may recognise the individual to come forward.
