Police have issued a CCTV appeal after an elderly man was attacked by two strangers in a park in Bolton.
The attack happened in Mytham Park in Little Lever at around 2.15pm on Saturday, May 20. The victim - a man aged in his 80s - was assaulted by two unknown males.
He was lefts with cuts and bruises on his face and eye, police said. Officers have today (June 1) released a photo of two men who they want to speak to about the attack.

They 'may be able to help with enquiries'. Anyone who recognises them is being urged to get in touch.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "At around 2:15pm on Saturday 20 May 2023, in Mytham Park, Little Lever, Bolton, a man in his 80’s was assaulted by two unknown males. The victim suffered cuts to the face, and bruising around the eye.
"GMP are looking to speak to the men pictured as they may be able to help with enquiries. Anyone with information, please contact police on 101 quoting CRI/06KK/0015416/23
"Alternatively, information can be shared anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
