Jocelyn Wildenstein, 82, who is also known by her infamous "Catwoman" nickname, was spotted on a date with her fiancé Lloyd Klein, 55.
The couple stepped out in Miami Beach as they enjoyed lunch together, with Jocelyn rocking Marilyn Monroe-inspired hair as she wore a black top and a pair of tailored high-wasted trousers.
Jocelyn completed the look with a a pair of heeled sandals and a black belt with a gold buckle.
She beamed across the table from her partner of 18 years, who wore a white hoodie and a pair of grey shorts.
The fashion designer added a white Nike baseball cap and trainers to his casual attire.
Jocelyn painted her eyelids with feline flicks and wore a nude lipstick to complete her glam look.
She and Lloyd got engaged in 2017, which came as a surprise after they both got arrested for assault against each other in 2016 and 2017.
She was accused of cutting Lloyd's face and chest with scissors and throwing hot wax at him after flying into a "violent rage" as they argued in Trump World Tower.
"Lloyd can be very passionate, he can be a little rough," she explained.
"That's something I enjoy otherwise I would not have been with him all this time."
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Jocelyn previously said that when she was young she had blonde hair and high cheek bones like Brigitte Bardot.
She said that she has always admired the model since she became famous in the 1950s and 60s.
Lloyd has also said that he "doesn't understand" the fascination that people have with his partner's changing appearance.
Jocelyn's trips to the cosmetic surgeon has left her with has left her with cat-like features, but Lloyd doesn't seem to agree.
"I don't understand the whole cat woman thing. Jocelyn has always looked like that, she never really did anything to change her face.
"I have pictures from when she was 16 years old from where she looks exactly the same."
According to reports, she has spent around $4 million on cosmetic surgery, which started when she was married to her former husband, Alec Wildenstein.
She started getting the work done over fears that her husband would leave her, which he did in 1997.

During her marriage she had a pet lynx, which she told Vanity Fair "had perfect eyes".
Speaking about his ex-wife's surgery obsession, he said: "She was crazy. I would always find out last."
"She was thinking that she could fix her face like a piece of furniture. Skin does not work that way. But she wouldn't listen," he added.
