CATL’s New Skateboard Chassis Gets A 621-Mile CLTC Range Rating, EV Coming In 2024

China’s Contemporary Amperex Technology Limited (CATL), the world’s largest battery manufacturer, announced over the weekend that it had developed a new skateboard chassis, equipped with a structural battery pack that can deliver 621 miles (1,000 kilometers) of range. CATL is a battery supplier for Tesla and many other reputed OEMs.
