Catch A Brainrot Beginner’s Guide – Starters, EXP, Coins & More

Pro Game Guides

Start with Boneca Ambalabu or TungTungTung Sahur. Both have Shield and Bomb moves, giving you the best early defensive and offensive skills. Farm Brainrot EXP by defeating low-level wild Brainrots you can one-shot, and raise Player XP by catching new Brainrots to fill your index. Coins can be farmed from capturing and selling Brainrots, 5x more value than just killing them. You can teleport to any Rot Lab from the map in the top right corner.
