A child who was missing for several hours has been located, it's been confirmed.
The young girl was seen wandering on her own at around 5am this morning in Castlewellan.
CCTV footage in the Main Street area confirmed the time and location of this sighting, sparking a search operation.

Police officers and the Community Search and Rescue teams were on the ground in the Co Down town for a number of hours.
Shortly before 3pm on Wednesday, police confirmed that the young girl had been found.
Temporary Chief Inspector Adam Corner said: “The young girl has been located safe and well. We would like to thank Community Search and Rescue and the public for their help and support in locating this child.”
Slieve Croob Ulster Unionist Councillor Alan Lewis thanked local police and the public for the "quick and efficient response" on Wednesday.
