Castle Douglas' Scruffs Childcare raises nearly £2,000 for Children in Need

All the children at Scruffs Childcare in Castle Douglas had great fun raising money for Children in Need.

They took part in a sponsored cycle/scoot – linking in with Road Safety Week – held a bake sale and a pyjama day.

Thanks go to everyone who contributed to the bake sale, bought cakes and sponsored the children, as well as Jack from Evolution Fitness Castle Douglas for the use of the car park for the cycle/scoot.

The youngsters raised the fantastic total of £1,835.99.
