Carol Vorderman has treated fans to a smiley snap of her enjoying a trip to Wales.
The ex-Countdown presenter posed as she enjoyed the sunshine on one of her favourite scenic routes. She wore sunglasses as she smiled into the camera.
The 61-year-old had her hair down and straight around her shoulders as she wore a zipped up padded coat. She shared scenes of the water, flowers and hills all around her.

Captioning the post on Instagram, she wrote: "Stunning morning here #Wales. One of my favourite walks. Gorse coming out in "full flavour. Back inside to get prepped for podcast with @lawrence_dallaglio.... Happy days."
She added: "Don't ever want to leave here. Then I ask myself 'well why do you leave?'...and it's hard to find an answer to that tbh... Hmmmmm."
