The TV host, 61, headed to the European hotspot for a fitness and juicing retreat - and she's been keeping her 237 thousand Instagram followers in the loop about what she's up to.

Yesterday Carol headed to the gym, but before arriving and working up a sweat she was quick to show fans her new suit from Stretch and Burn.
