Carol Vorderman has impressed fans as she posed to show off her toned body after a workout during her Portugal holiday.
The 61-year-old former Countdown star smiled widely as she posed in a bright orange gym, filled with exercise equipment.
TV star Carol, who recently went viral on TikTok, wore an orange and purple sports bra with cactus motif on and matched the top with a pair of leopard print sports leggings.
In one photo Carol is confidently holding her arm up to show off her biceps, while another smiling selfie sees Carol resting her leg on an exercise step.
Carol's long blonde locks are tumbling down in the photo and she has a make amount of makeup on her eyes for her outing to the gym.
Another snap shows Carol smiling widely while stood in front of a large mirror to take the picture.
As Carol shared the images on her Instagram page, she wrote in the caption: "Spending a fair bit of time in the gym here....learning new routines thanks to @sarahwillingham and @robrinder too," followed by two flexing bicep emojis and two blue heart emojis.
She added: "BOOOMMMMM" followed by another flexing bicep emoji before adding the hashtags: "#NotGivingUp #Gym #UpperBodyWorkout".
Finally, she tagged Jason Vale, who owns a series of juice retreats Turkey and Portugal – where Carol is currently staying.
Carol was soon flooded with compliments in the comments section as one fan wrote: "Wow looking so good" followed by a fire emoji.
A second added: "Wow you look incredible [fire emoji] – such an inspiration".
"Look superb carol [fire emoji] well done" [sic], a third wrote followed by a thumbs up emoji and a series of clapping emojis.
Carol jetted off to Portugal at the end of last month to head on a juice health retreat by Jason Vale, also known as the Juice Master.
As she shared a smiling photo of herself in the airport sat in front a collection of tea pots at the end of July, she joked in the caption: "Now in Portugal after a gallon of tea at the airport.....never knowingly "under-tea"d

Jason has one retreats in Portugal, called the Juicy Oasis. But, he is currently building a second retreat, called the Juicy Escape, in the Algarve which will open next year.
The Juicy Oasis is described as a "retreat set deep inside Portugal and overlooks a magnificent wide flowing river and surrounded by deep forest".
Guests can expect daily yoga and fitness sessions as well as a swimming pool, sauna, massages and more.
Carol has been keeping her followers constantly updated with her trip to the wellness resort as she posted a series of selfies on Instagram and wrote in the caption: "Into week 2 here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale.....the vibe's kicked in now.....loving it.
"So so hot here tho....Guess it's like at home. Nearly 40C every day which is way too hot for me BUT it's all good and cooling down in a few days.
"Most time spent on yoga, gym, swimming and paddleboarding and chilling out."
