It's no secret that Carol Vorderman is an advocate for breaking a sweat and looking after her health. From juice retreats in Portugal to partner HIIT sessions closer to home, the 62-year-old former Countdown presenter always looks incredible and shares her fitness journey with her fans as much as she can.
In a recent post to her Instagram page, Carol shared a video of herself completing a two-hour workout from two fitness YouTube stars, Juice and Toya, who the Welsh presenter has previously mentioned, and a lower body-focused routine - which clearly boosted her endorphins as she was seen smilling from ear to ear by the end of it. The routine was completed on the decking of her safari-esque accomdation with a stunning backdrop of autumnal foliage and what looks to be a hot-tub.
As well as a kettlebell sequence from the aforementioned duo, the sporty TV host also did a few "squatting sessions" from 26-year-old German fitness influencer Pamela Reif - both of which, Carol told her fans, are free to do from the comfort of your own home as they are available on video platform YouTube.
In the video, Carol is seen wearing a camoflauge coloured long-sleeved crop top and olive green workout trousers. She captioned it: "While I was away I was working on some kettlebell sequences.....try following Juice and Toya on YouTube @juiceandtoya @juicetontx @toyacherrelle. It’s all free...
"Also some squatting sessions for legs and butt with Pamela Reif @pamela_rf) Obviously taking squatting seriously, not smiling much….. it was a heavy 2 hour workout morning....slow and steady with this sesh....…. lols.

Fans were quick to comment on the author's post, highlighting how "amazing" she was looking - with one dubbing her "wonder woman".
One user wrote: "everytime i see carols post, i get less anxious about getting older. carol has always been that girl", while another said: "Absolutely stunning".
