Welsh media personality Carol Vorderman has launched a furious tirade against the Conservative Party.
Posting on Twitter, the maths whizz was commenting on a story from the Mirror which revealed that former Prime Minister Boris Johnson was living in a £20 million property for free which is owned by the wife of Tory donor Lord Bamford. Mr Johnson had declared a gift from Lady Carole Bamford worth £10,000 a month, although a similar home is being offered for rent for £30,000 - more than the starting salary of a nurse.
"Partygate turns to rentgate," wrote the Prestatyn-raised celebrity. "Boris Johnson living in donor's £20m home. The Tory party is morally corrupt. Lies, violation of our NHS, protection of the rich, don't forget the Michelle Mone PPE scandal."

Ms Vorderman went on to add: "Two years from now will they have destroyed all we have?"
Millionaire Mone, who was made a life peer by Conservative prime minster David Cameron seven years ago, is currently on a leave of absence as a Conservative peer, and is currently subject of an inquiry over her alleged involvement in procuring contracts for the company PPE Medpro during the pandemic. An investigation by The Guardian subsequently uncovered documentation that showed millions of PPE Medpro's profits had been transferred into a secret offshore trust for the benefit of Mone and her children.
Carol Vorderman recently celebrated 40 years on our TV screens. In her New Year's Eve Instagram post, Carol said: "Forty years of the telly this year. Still around doing a bit of telly since 1982 and enjoying it lots.
"On Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards we celebrated 23 years on air... my dear friend Peter Willis created it and we brought it to telly all that time ago. Heck. Still love it. And now being a small part of the This Morning family with so many lovely people...it’s a total joy.
