The TV legend has managed to fit into a pair of skimpy shorts she's not worn in years after "dropping over a dress size" on a lifestyle and fitness holiday.

Carol, 61, is staying at a retreat in Portugal and has been documenting her ongoing weight loss journey with social media followers.
