The young Frenchman has found it hard to nail down a regular starting spot since arriving in Madrid, sparking speculation over his future at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Premier League leaders are keen to add reinforcements whilst in a position of strength and had hoped to take Camavinga on loan until the end of the season. The 20-year-old's agent has since denied rumours linking his client with a switch to north London.
