The Arizona Cardinals released their first injury report of Week 8 on Wednesday in their preparation to host the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday. It came with big news.
Quarterback Kyler Murray, still officially on the PUP (physically unable to perform) reserve as he completes the final parts of his recovery from a torn ACL, was listed for the first time as a full participant.
On their first injury report of the week, three players sat out, another three were limited and two, including Murray, were full participants.
The details are below.

Did not participate
LB Krys Barnes (hamstring), DL Kevin Strong (shoulder), OL Elijah Wilkinson (neck)
Barnes exited the game on Sunday with the injury. Strong’s injury is one to watch, as he has had at least a partial sack in three straight games. The re-signing of defensive lineman Jacob Slade to the practice squad suggests that perhaps Strong will miss more time this week and perhaps be out on Sunday.
Limited participation
CB Antonio Hamilton (groin), WR Zach Pascal (neck), S Jalen Thompson (hamstring)
All three players missed the game on Sunday. Starting the week limited gives them a chance to be back on Sunday.
Full participation
OL Kelvin Beachum (hand), QB Kyler Murray (knee)
Beachum has been on the injury report all season.
The big news is Murray. Does this mean that he will play this weekend?
That is unclear. It depends on what type of full participation he is doing. If he is taking all the first-team snaps, then there is a good chance.
According to ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss, based on what he has been told, it is possible but doesn’t sound likely he plays at this point in the week.
