Cardinals add WR, RB, DL to roster for Week 11

The Arizona Cardinals made some roster moves on Saturday to get ready for their Week 11 game on Sunday against the Houston Texans. With several players ruled out and other questionable for the game with injuries, they added a receiver, a running back and a defensive lineman to the active roster to be available to play.

They signed receiver Andre Baccellia from the practice squad to the active roster, a move that has been made multiple weeks prior. Zach Pascal was ruled out of the game with a hamstring injury and rookie Michael Wilson, questionable with a shoulder injury, is not expected to play.

The Cardinals also elevated defensive lineman Phil Hoskins and running back Tony Jones from the practice squad to the roster as standard elevations.

Jones’ promotion likely means that either Keaontay Ingram or newly acquired Michael Carter will be inactive for the game.

Hoskins is needed, as Jonathan Ledbetter is out with a shoulder injury and Kevin Strong is questionable to play.

With tackle Jackson Barton not getting elevated or signed to the roster, it suggests that left tackle D.J. Humphries will be back in the lineup.

To make room for Baccellia, they released safety Qwuantrezz Knight.
