Cardiff: Police who followed teenagers before fatal electric bike crash served with misconduct notices by IOPC

Police IOPC Cardiff the Independent Office for Police Conduct Harvey Evans Kyrees Sullivan

Two police officers who were in a van that was following a pair of teenage e-bike riders moments before a fatal collision have been served with gross negligence notices, the Independent Office for Police Conduct said.

Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, died on the Ely housing estate in Cardiff on May 22, leading to a riot.
