Here's your round-up of all the latest Cardiff City headlines for Wednesday, August 3.
Etete on brink of Cardiff move
Tottenham striker Kion Etete is closing in on a move to Cardiff City.
The 20-year-old had previously been on the radar of a number of clubs in the Championship and elsewhere in the EFL this summer, but it seems City have now won the race for the youngster.

Etete was due to undergo a medical in the capital today ahead of deal that's believed to be worth around £500,000 plus add-ons.
It's understood there is also a buy-back clause in the deal should Spurs wish to take him back later down the line.
The move represents a significant breakthrough for boss Steve Morison, who's been keen on adding to his firepower for most of the summer following the departure of James Collins, while loanees Jordan Hugill and Uche Ikpeazu both returned to their parent clubs.
Cardiff swoop for Antwi
Meanwhile, Cardiff City are also poised to sign ex-Fulham and Blackpool midfielder Cameron Antwi.
The midfielder, who rose through the ranks at Craven Cottage before moving on in 2019, left Blackpool as a free agent at the end of last season, and is set to sign on in the capital after a successful trial period.
The central midfielder found the net for the under-21s earlier in the summer, rifling home Cardiff's first goal in a 10-1 win over Bromley.
It's understood he'll undergo a medical in the capital on Thursday.
Zeqiri signs for Basel
Brighton striker Andi Zeqiri has joined Swiss Super League FC Basel on a season-long loan.
The forward was on the radar of Cardiff City earlier in the window, but he has now sealed a move back to his homeland.
Seagulls pathway development manager Gordon Greer told the club website: “Having broken into the Swiss national squad, Andi is keen to play regular football ahead of this year’s World Cup in Qatar.
“We cannot guarantee him that here, so this move gives him the chance of that, while also continuing his development.
“We wish him well for the new season, and will be monitoring his progress throughout the campaign.”
Victory for young Bluebirds
Cardiff City's under-21s side continued their pre-season preparations with a 2-0 win over Pontypridd United on Wednesday afternoon.
Captain Eli King opened the scoring for Darren Purse's youngsters, before Morgan Wigley came off the bench to net before full time.
"It was a good test for the boys," Purse said after the game. "For the first half, we struggled - we didn't move the ball quickly enough, and we dropped our levels. But, in the second half, we stepped up and managed to get the win.
"Getting a clean sheet was really pleasing. That's what we were aiming for from the game, so it's a good base. At times we looked a little under pressure from set pieces, but the way we attacked the ball was brilliant.
"The First Team have had an excellent pre-season, and it showed with the game against Norwich. If we can start the season in the same form, and with the same confidence, it will stand us in good stead."
