Steve Morison says he's not been offered the chance to take Jordan Hugill - or anyone else to Cardiff City this summer.
A new striker is likely to be top of Morison's wishlist ahead of next week's transfer deadline, with goals proving a problem for the Bluebirds for far this season, having netted once in their last four outings in all competitions.
Hugill spent the second half of last season loan in the capital, and proved a reasonable success, netting four goals in 19 appearances.

He is seemingly facing an uncertain future at current Norwich City, despite netting in the Carabao Cup tie against Bournemouth earlier in the week.
Both the player himself and boss Dean Smith have admitted they don't know what the future will hold for the striker, further fanning the flames of speculation that a return to the capital could be on the cards.
Cameron Archer and Sam Surridge are among the other names to be mentioned on social media, but Morison says he has not yet been told that any of his desired targets are available.
"We’re very choosy over what we want," he said. "It would be stupid not to. But there’s only a select list to choose from.
"Even in that list, we see all your stuff that you put out and it interests me because when it’s put out it feels like we’re not looking at those players, but we are. And they’re not available. So we need to stop talking about them. That’s just the reality.
"If someone does become available, it might be at the end of all this [the window]. At the moment, anyone who’s been mentioned or spoken about just isn’t available. Or available to us."
Speaking specifically about Hugill, Morison added: "I’ve not had any phone call to say ‘want to take him'. He was great for us last year. He played well and scored the other night.
"It’s amazing because after the first game of the season no one was worried about it. Or Birmingham. Everyone needs to stop being so reactive in this world and find a base of consistency and level-headedness and patience and realise that there’s another game on Saturday.
"Hopefully at the end of next Saturday when we’re sitting there after the Millwall game our conversations are different and more about football not personnel."
Morison has seemingly refused to rule anything out at this stage, but has hinted that loans are likely to be the main market he will be operating within.
"Some of the people we’ve looked at and spoken to have gone to other clubs now," he added. "Not because of any other reason that they have three or four options and they picked that club. Same as we’ve got players in the window that picked us over other teams.
"Obviously the people who are going to cost upwards of 4,5 or £6million aren't in our league. Free transfer market, pretty feel like we’ve exhausted as much as we can.
"Loans is that one now, isn’t it? If we take it, it’s likely going to be an untried and untested younger player. If you get an older player it’s got to be the right player because you don’t want someone who’s just got nothing else to do and can’t get any other club, can’t play at their parent club, so they just want to join here and have a free hit for the season.
"It’s something we’re always looking at but it has to be right. There’s no point in doing all this work we’ve done and then do something that isn’t right for the football club."
