A car veered off a road and into water on Thursday afternoon (April 27) after an 'altercation'. Emergency services were called out to the scene off Aviation Road in Pilsworth at around 1.30pm.
It was established one car had ended up in a body of water, near the Pilsworth Fishery, after an altercation between people from two different vehicles.
Pictures from the scene show huge emergency services presence, including fire crews and officers from Greater Manchester Police.

One car can be seen at the bottom of a grassed verge. It appears the vehicle had veered off the road before becoming submerged in the water. There are no reported injuries in the incident.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers were called to reports that a car was in the water off near Aviation Road, Heywood at 1.30pm today.
"It is believed people from two cars became involved in an altercation and two arrests have been made. There are no reports of injuries and the emergency services at the scene."
