Canberra man in his 20s with COVID dies

Canberra has recorded 537 new cases, while a man in his 20s with COVID-19 has died. (AAP)

A man in his 20s with COVID-19 has died in the ACT.

ACT Health reported the death on Thursday, taking the toll in the national capital to 32 over the pandemic.

There were 47 people in hospital, including three in intensive care and two on ventilators.

Authorities reported 537 new cases, taking the number of active cases to 2565.

So far, 98.6 per cent of the ACT population aged over 12 have received two doses of the vaccine.
