Mark Carney is set to urge Australia to join the team of middle powers banding together in the face of a changing international order during an upcoming visit.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced on Sunday his Canadian counterpart will give a speech in Parliament House during a visit in March, becoming the second Canadian leader to do so.
