Canada’s governing Liberals have secured victories in three special elections on Monday, providing a significant boost to Prime Minister Mark Carney amidst an intensifying trade dispute with U.S. President Donald Trump.
The Liberal Party claimed victory in Chicoutimi-Le Fjord in Quebec, Beaches-East York in Toronto, and North Vancouver-Capilano in British Columbia.
