Can I buy an Inter Miami shirt with Messi's name on the back? Price and availability details

With the news that Lionel Messi has joined Inter Miami in the MLS, fans are now wondering if they can snap up a shirt with the iconic player's name on the back.

The seven time Balon d'Or and World Cup winner elected to head to David Beckham's American club over a return to Barcelona. And with the MLS growing in popularity in the last few years, football fans have been eager to show their support by buying replica kits and other MLS associated merchandise.

Now that Messi has joined the ranks of the burgeoning MLS franchise many people will be looking to see how they can get their hands on an Inter Miami shirt with the Aregentinian superstar's name on the back of it.

The current pink home kit is in limited stock and is available for £110 in adults and £50 in youth sizes. The stylish black and pink away shirt is listed as £50 for kids and £70 for adults on Kitbag.

You can get the home and away Inter Miami shirt here on Kitbag where there is also a up to 65 per cent off sale on. If you want a customised shirt with Messi's name on the back then you can get a player's name and number from the Inter Miami store, albeit his transfer has not yet been confirmed.

While in Ligue 1, Messi wore the number 30 shirt and there was an avalanche of sales of the kit when the playmaker arrived from Barcelona. Inter Miami will expect a similar flood of sales but Messi won't be wearing 30 in America.

Young midfielder Benjamin Cremaschi already has that number but Messi's iconic number 10 jersey is free. It's the shirt we associate most with the Argentina forward, having worn it during his decorated spell at Barcelona and also with the national team. He first wore 30 coming through at Barca before taking the number 19 shirt, which is Robbie Robinson's at Miami.

And while Messi lifted the World Cup wearing 10, his time with the Argentina squad has also seen him don 15, 18 and 19. Harvey Neville, a former Manchester United academy player and son of ex-Miami boss Phil Neville, wears 18 for Miami with Ryan Sailor 15.
