Commercial Inn in Dunfermline is located in a 19th-century listed building and is full of character and historical charm. Boasting well-preserved period features, the building once served as a hotel.
Full of precious details, such as high ceilings, decorative cornice and a spiral staircase, it is a busy town centre pub attracting people from all corners of Dunfermline and beyond.

Now, the 13 Douglas Street pub has been recognised as one of the UK's top 16 pubs of the year 2022 by the respected Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
For over 50 years, CAMRA has been praising some of the best drinking spots in the UK. Now, in a bid to crown the national winner of their Pub of the Year 2022 award, the beer enthusiasts shortlisted 16 exceptional pubs to represent different regions of the country.
Usually held annually, the competition did not go ahead during the Covid-19 pandemic years, and the last pub to scoop the prize was the Bell Inn in Aldworth, Berkshire, in 2019.
