Hampstead Heath rules allowing trans people to use single-sex facilities at the famous swimming ponds “treat individual women less favourably than men”, a campaign group has told the High Court.
Charity Sex Matters is taking legal action against the City of London, which operates the men’s, ladies’ and mixed bathing ponds at the iconic north London green space.
