Since King Charles' accession to the throne, there has been a raft of title changes in the Royal Family.
And one member of the Firm who saw a huge change in her style was Camilla, who is now the Queen Consort.
It had been previously thought she would be known as the Princess Consort upon her husband's accession.
But a statement by the late Elizabeth II before her death saw her give her blessing for Camilla to be known as the Queen Consort.
However, reports have suggested this title could be tweaked slightly by Buckingham Palace after the Coronation in two months time.
At the moment, she is recorded in the Court Circular, the official register of Royal engagements, as the Queen Consort but post-May 6, it is reported she will simply be known as the Queen.
But one hint was dropped last week that suggested this impending change could definitely be happening.
Last Thursday, Camilla held a reception at Clarence House to celebrate her Reading Room project.
At the reception, she revealed the project, which started on Instagram, was becoming a charity called The Queen's Reading Room - with the word Consort dropped.
And a source told the Mail On Sunday: "There’s a view in the Palace that Queen Consort is cumbersome and it might be simpler for Camilla to be known just as the Queen when the time is right.
"The Reading Room was a sign of that. Her Majesty is the Queen after all."
Referring to Camilla as the Queen has been described as a sign of the transformation of the nation's affection towards her.
When she married Charles in 2005, it was the general thought she would never be called Queen when Charles eventually came to the throne.
This is said because of the longstanding relationship she held with the now-King while he was married to Princess Diana, who once claimed there were "three of them" in her marriage.
When Charles became engaged to Camilla, then Mrs Parker Bowles, in February 2005 a Buckingham Palace statement said: "It is intended that Mrs Parker Bowles should use the title HRH The Princess Consort when The Prince of Wales accedes to The Throne."
Many believe the late Queen's intervention last year, where she called for her daughter-in-law to be known as 'Queen Consort' was a huge sign of support.
In an official statement released by Buckingham Palace on the 70th anniversary of her accession to the throne, the late monarch said: "It is my sincere wish that, when that time comes, Camilla will be known as Queen Consort as she continues her own loyal service."
When Charles and Camilla married in April 2005, she did not take on the title of Princess of Wales, as it was so closely associated with Princess Diana.
However, this title is now used by Kate, the daughter-in-law of Diana.
