The Duchess of Cornwall has lifted the lid on what her photoshoot with the Duchess of Cambridge was like - and delivered her verdict on her photos.
Camilla is the cover star and guest editor of the current issue of Country Life to mark her 75th birthday and the magazine’s 125th anniversary.
Camilla personally asked amateur snapper Kate, 40, to take a series of portraits in the gardens of Raymill, Camilla's Wiltshire home, which can be seen in the magazine.
Kate is a keen amateur photographer, regularly releases pictures she has taken of her children to mark their birthdays and is patron of the Royal Photographic Society.
And in a preview clip from a documentary being aired about Camilla on ITV tonight about her upcoming milestone birthday and her guest editorship of Country Life, she heaps praise on her stepdaughter-in-law Kate for the snaps.
She says: “She did really good pictures and you know she does it very naturally…we had a lot of fun doing it.
“It was very relaxed and of course very kind of the Duchess of Cambridge…she’s an extremely good photographer and it was all very casual, there wasn’t much hair and make-up – it was just done in the garden with a lot of laughs, no, it – was a lovely way of doing it.”

Looking at one of the snaps, she added: "This is the one I know that my husband approves of. Catherine said if anything else needed to be done she would be happy to.
"If I can get over the fact looking at myself, I think they are very nice and just what is needed for Country Life."
But it seems Kate's photos caused somewhat of a headache for the editors of the magazine - as they were so good.
Country Life's managing and features editor, Paula Lester, said the magazine was delighted with Kate's pictures after Camilla personally commissioned her.
She told the magazine: "The Duchess of Cambridge took our cover images at the request of our Guest Editor, The Duchess of Cornwall, and we could not be happier with the results — in fact, the set of images she took was so good that we struggled to choose only three, from which The Duchess of Cornwall made her final selection.
"The Duchess of Cambridge took her commission very seriously and was incredibly professional about the task at hand."
The duchess is the fourth royal guest editor, following Charles, who has twice led the magazine – to mark his 65th birthday in November 2013 and his 70th in 2018, the biggest selling issue of all time.
Camilla’s Country Life will be screened tonight at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
