Cameron Norrie suffers fourth straight loss against Czech qualifier at Shanghai Masters

• Cameron Norrie suffered his fourth straight loss as he crashed out of the Shanghai Masters on Thursday.
• Norrie was facing Czech qualifier Dalibor Svrcina for a place in the round of 64 and lost the opening set 6-3, before battling back to force a decider when he took the second set by the same scoreline.
• It was Svrcina who held his nerve in the final set as he completed a 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 victory to progress to the next round.
• It was a disappointing loss for Norrie against an opponent who is currently ranked outside the top 100 in the world.
• Norrie’s four losses on the trot include two against Alexander Zverev, who has won two Grand Slam titles this year.
