Cameron Carter-Vickers has warned his Celtic team mates to be ready for a different challenge from manager-less Aberdeen.
The solid Hoops stopper admits he doesn't know what to expect when the Dons head to Parkhead for today's Scottish Premiership clash. Ange Postecoglou's side faced a stubborn red wall the last time the two sides met just after the World Cup break, but a late Callum McGregor winner ensured the points returned to Glasgow as Celtic ran out 1-0 winners at Pittodrie.
Since then a horror run of results saw Aberdeen sack manager Jim Goodwin, with an embarrassing exit in the Scottish Cup followed by a 6-0 hammering from Hibs. The Don's will travel to the East End of Glasgow with former Hoops and Dons midfielder Barry Robson in charge and Carter-Vickers has says his side will be wary of their opponents.

Speaking ahead of the match, Carter-Vickers said: “To be honest, I’m not too sure what to expect, because the manager who was there the last time we played them isn’t there now. So they might come out with something different.
“A lot of times in that game it was two v two with half a pitch behind us, which at times can be difficult to deal with.
“Playing for the manager here you are aware that you are going to have a lot of the ball and you have to be good in that aspect of the game. No matter how Aberdeen set up, it’s going to be a challenge. We are aware we will have to be up for it to get something out of the game.”
Carter-Vickers will likely continue his impressive run in the centre of defence alongside Starfelt as Celtic look to make it six wins on the bounce, with the Hoops only conceding two goals in their last eight games.
But the colossus defender has pointed out they'll both need to keep a sharp eye on Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski.
He said: “He’s a good player. He’s got good movement, is quite sharp and mentally sharp too. He moves early and tries to pick up positions, so we’re aware he will give us a test.”
