Cameron Carter Vickers 'craved' for Celtic transfer reunion with Ange at Spurs as sights turn to Parkhead posse

There's talk of incomings in the air but Brendan Rodgers could have a fight on his hands to keep the Celtic Treble winners together - with Cameron Carter-Vickers back on the Totenham agenda.

The Irishman has been unveiled as the new Hoops boss to replace Ange Postecoglou at Spurs but the Australian might be back to raid his former club of key men. In the meantime, Rodgers is looking for quality over quantity as he looks to polish a side that won a domestic clean sweep last season, and is preparing for another crack at the Champions League group stage.

Odin Thiago Holm has been unveiled as singing number one this summer and Marco Tilio could be next, with Record Sport revealing a fee between Celtic and Melbourne City has been agreed for the winger. But who could be next in the door and who are after some of the top stars at the champions?

A new name on the exit rumour mill and a player Celtic will be desperate to keep hold, Carter-Vickers has been a rock in his two seasons in Glasgow, but now former employers Spurs could want him back. The Sunday People claim the American international is one of three parts in a 'posse of Celtic stars on Postecoglou's radar.'

Carter-Vickers was sold to the Hoops by Spurs but they could now go back for him as part of their rebuild. Postecoglou will be backed in the market by Daniel Levy but it's an extensive job, and every penny will need to count. But his ex-side aren't likely to let their defensive rock go easily.

Midfieldr Hatate is the second player in the Glasgow pack Postecoglou is after, and has had murmurings of Tottenham interest. But now reports have started to emerge he is indeed on the Spurs watchlist.

The final member of this trio has Celtic not only wondering about North London, but the north of England too. Reports first emerged of Tottenham interest in Kyogo on the night of the Scottish Cup final.

Talk had cooled since then but now it is revving back up again. And there might be more than just Postecoglou to deal with, as Vincent Kompany's Burnley have also registered an interest according to reports in England.

In terms of incomings at Parkhead, Rodgers could find himself in the midst of a transfer battle with Rangers. The Sun claims that he is looking at Hacken goal machine Benie Traore as a possible striking option.

The talentented talisman has netted 12 times in 13 games in the Swedish top flight. It's claimed Parkhead transfer chiefs 'have been trying to set up a deal for a week and now have Brendan Rodgers back in charge to give it the green light.'

Rangers are keen too and have already had a bid of just under £3m bounced back according to the claims, with an asking price of around £5m. Sheffield United also want Traore to arrive in Yorkshire.
