With the UK finally heating up, there's little better than a fresh ice cream or a chilled beer in the sun. Popular brewery Camden Town has combined the best of both with its Ice Cream Vanilla Lager with a twist on the traditional 99 for just – 99p.
The iconic brewery is selling 1,000 cans of its new Ice Cream Vanilla Lager - for the original price of a 99 - to help drinkers quench their thirst in the July heat, whilst saving those pennies. The offer will be available only on Thursday July 14, but the beer is set to fly off the shelves faster than you can finish off an ice cream on a hot day in the sun.
Available to order directly from the Camden web shop for 99p on Thursday only. Cans will also be available from the brewery's own Ice Cream stand on the mews outside the Camden Beer Hall for one hour only at 7pm. The 99p price of Camden’s Ice Cream Vanilla Lager cans will be limited to 500 units on the Camden web shop and 500 units at the Beer Hall.
The limited-edition summer seasonal is a fresh beer brewed with lactose and vanilla essence. This refreshingly clean and creamy lager was the most popular flavour when it originally launched as part of the brewery's Arch 55 series last summer.
