'Camaraderie': record crowd hits the Fernleigh Track for the annual 15km event

A record 2300 people competed in the Fernleigh 15 fun run on Sunday, a 30 per cent rise on last year.

The event promotes the safe use of the popular Fernleigh Track from Adamstown to Belmont, which has made headlines over assaults and the antisocial behaviour of e-bike riders and cyclists.
