Bynum has been one of the more reliable players on this defense. That showed itself in a big way on Monday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Bynum finished the game with nine tackles (seven solo), two pass deflections and two critical interceptions along with a forced fumble.
He and the Vikings secondary made life difficult on a San Francisco offense that could not find a consistent rhythm throughout the night.
In a game like Monday’s, when all the chips are stacked against you, your best players must go out and make plays. Bynum did that and more, and it is awesome seeing him getting recognized for his contributions to this defense.
