Callum Wilson says he's recharged and ready to be back among the goals for Newcastle United. Eddie Howe's side jetted off to Dubai on the eve of their win over Nottingham Forest.
The Magpies were in a good place after back-to-back wins reignited their top-four push and they come move back up to third with a win over Manchester United next weekend. Howe gave his players some time off in warmer climates before putting them through their paces ahead of returning to England last week.
Wilson has lifted the lid on the recent training camp and has compared Newcastle's run-in to a mini season. Speaking to the Footballer's Football Podcast, Wilson said: "Recharged the batteries. We went to Dubai with the team for a little training camp.

"We've got a big game at the weekend then an easy clash against West Ham in midweek. Pick up where we left off and back-to-back wins.
"I'm joking. I think we've got 12 games to now and it's a big push until the end of the season. Everyone's on the same wavelength so hopefully we can get the momentum going again straight away.
"I feel like it makes a big difference [going away for warm weather training mid-season]. You give so much in the season and there comes a point where sometimes you have a bit of a dip mentally and physically as well but you have dips here and there.
"You probably need a little bit of a boost to get you through to the end of the season. Not everyone is the same and it's all about goal setting and resetting your goals, adjusting things.
"It is a long season especially when there was a World Cup in there, you've been going all the way through from pre-season to make sure you get there. A little week like that is perfect really, training, sun and a bit of relaxation to switch off from football for a few days.
"You feel like you're ready to go again. Like it's a new season for me and all of a sudden it's just going to be goals galore flying in the next few weeks."
