Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly decided to leave Chelsea this summer amid links with Nottingham Forest.
The 22-year-old rose through the West London club's youth academy before making his first senior appearance for the Blues during in 2018 during an FA Cup clash against Newcastle United. He has made more than 70 appearances for Chelsea.
The forward spent the second half of the season in Germany on-loan at Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen but failed to settle having provided just a single assist whilst also failing to score a goal during his time there.
It was previously claimed that Chelsea "are prepared to raise further funds by selling Hudson-Odoi" with the Reds said to be interested.

And now The Athletic claim that the winger has decided to leave the West London club. It is claimed that Hudson-Oodi "feels the time has come" for a new challenge.
The report also claims that he wants to move to a side where he has a better chance of playing first-team football. It goes on to say that he "is expecting to resolve his future soon."
Forest are not the only side to have been linked with a summer move for Hudson-Oodi. Fulham, Crystal Palace and Milan are also said to be interested.
