Former Nottingham Forest midfielder David Phillips says Callum Hudson-Odoi can follow in the footsteps of Morgan Gibbs-White.
Gibbs-White arrived at the City Ground last summer as Steve Cooper's top transfer target after working with the Forest manager when England won the Under-17 World Cup.
Cooper also brought another World Cup-winner to Forest in Jonathan Panzo, and now Hudson-Odoi could make it three players from that squad.

The Chelsea winger is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, with Forest a contender to sign him. Speaking on the Garibaldi Red podcast, Phillips said Cooper can get Hudson-Odoi back on track after a lean few seasons.
"For me it will be a revolving door again to move pieces around the jigsaw and get the players he wants. That might mean time and money and it will come down to availability," he said.
"We're looking at who will come in. There's talk about Ryan Sessegnon, Kelechi Iheanacho and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
"Steve Cooper knows Hudson-Odoi from England Under-17s, as he did with MGW. He knows what a good player he is. I'm sure he would get the best out of him because of that."
Phillips is a big fan of Gibbs-White, who is now also a European champion at Under-21s level.
"I like Gibbs-White. He's not a 10 to 15 goals a season man, but he got eight assists [last season] and he gives you an all round performance," he said.
"We know Forest like to counter attack. It's what we used to do back in the day with Collymore and Roy. When you have Gibbs-White, Awoniyi, who improved immeasurably at the end of last season, Brennan Johnson and Danilo there is a team that can be expansive.
"I like Brennan Johnson too as a Welshman. It will be interesting to see who they can add and how much money is available from the chairman.
"I would like to think Forest can finish mid-table. Teams coming up have momentum. You look at teams like Luton and think they'll struggle, but their home ground will be really hard to get points at.
"It can be like Forest. They finished 10th in the home form table but only got one away win and eight points in total. They only got 11 goals in 19 away games.
"It's something Steve and his staff have to look at very carefully going into the coming season."
