Vladimir Putin faces being hauled in front of the Hague for war crimes over his invasion of Ukraine after a “barbaric” attack on the city of Kharkiv.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called for more international sanctions against Russia after devastating bombardments of the major Ukraine city.
Kuleba said on social media: “Barbaric Russian missile strikes on the central Freedom Square and residential districts of Kharkiv. Putin is unable to break Ukraine down. He commits more war crimes out of fury, murders innocent civilians,”
