Call for West Lothian residents to get vaccine booster

Vaccine NHS Lothian

NHS Lothian has once again urged West Lothian people eligible to get their spring dose of the Covid-19 vaccine to provide maximum protection for the summer.

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) advised that a spring dose of the coronavirus vaccine would be available for adults aged 75 and over - or who will turn 75 by June 30.

Residents in older adult care homes and people aged 12 and over with a weakened immune system are also eligible.
