A Call the Midwife star has opened up about being diagnosed with ADHD.

Helen George explained how she was diagnosed with the condition after the birth of her second child three years ago.

She said that she is still learning how to live with the condition: “I've got to work out how you can function best so that you can mother best, so that their lives can be the best that they can be.”
