An IT company that supports SMEs with bespoke business software has triumphed at the UK Final of the Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023. Calipro Software, based in Leicester, picked up the Service Excellence Award at the annual event, hosted by TV presenters Clare Balding and JJ Chalmers, having previously won the East Midlands regional award.
The business, launched in 2015, provides software that helps firms get the best out of their IT systems. Service Excellence was the mostly hotly contested category across the UK, and the award recognised Calipro’s commitment to providing personalised, tailored support to each of its customers.
FSB national chair Martin McTague said: “Small businesses pride themselves in offering first-rate, personal customer service, and Calipro has demonstrated that in bundles, therefore I am delighted to see them recognised with this national award.
