A California man, who claimed ICE agents snatched his wife from their home, has been charged with murder after her burned remains were discovered, police say.

Gurinder Gill, 28, was arrested October 14 after investigators determined that human remains found in neighboring El Dorado County belonged to Jasmine Gill, 30, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announced.
