California Democratic candidates have raised $89.8 million more than Republicans

In California, state-level candidates have raised $281.2 billion between Jan. 1, 2021, and Sept. 24, 2022. Democratic candidates have raised $173.9 million and Republican candidates have raised $84.1 million.

In the 2022 election cycle, 267 state-level Democrats have filed campaign finance reports with the California Secretary of State. Here are the 10 Democratic candidates who have raised the most.
